Where We Started

Long before Chosen Earth Collection existed, there was a small shed, stacks of wax, and a love for candle making.

When my children were young, I spent years handcrafting candles and selling them to local schools, gas stations, and holiday shoppers. Most of the candles I made then were pillar candles, and many evenings were spent pouring, packaging, and preparing orders in that little shed. It wasn't a large operation, but it was something I loved.

As the years passed, my children grew, and life became filled with sports, school events, and all the activities that come with raising a family. Candle making gradually took a back seat while I focused on the moments that mattered most.

Later, I discovered another creative passion, photography. For more than twelve years, I had the privilege of capturing memories and telling stories through my camera lens. It was a season of creativity that taught me to appreciate beauty in everyday moments.

But some things never truly leave your heart.

After all these years, I found my way back to candle making, and it feels like coming home. There is something special about melting wax, blending fragrances, and creating a product that helps make a house feel warm and welcoming. Every step of the process brings back memories of those early days and reminds me why I fell in love with candle making in the first place.

While pillar candles started my journey, container candles are leading the way in this new chapter. Each candle is thoughtfully hand-poured using clean fragrances, essential oils, and a luxurious blend of coconut-apricot wax and beeswax, creating products designed to bring comfort, nostalgia, and connection into your home.
